摘要：G-CSF administration leads to significant elevation in the levels of circulating progenitor cells. Infusion of these cells after high-dose chemotherapy is associated with accelerated platelet engraftment that has a considerable impact in shortening thrombocytopenia and reducing need for platelet transfusions.
