摘要：The effect of various concentrations of hydrogen sulfide gas on the activities of rat lung enzymes was tested in vitro using a simple gas bubbling method. Adenosine triphosphatase, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase activities were inhibited. Various levels of the gas increased arginase activity while fructose 1, 6 diphosphate aldolase activity remained unaffected.
