摘要:In a study on teh metabolism of flavonoids, the isoflavone glycoside daidzin was orally administered to rats. Urine samples were collected and treated with β-glucuronidase and arylsulfatase. Aglycone daidzein (M3) and other three metaboliters, 3', 4', 7-trihydroxyisoflavone (M1), 4', 7-dihydroxyisoflavanone (M2) and 4', 7-dihydroxyisoflavan (M4) were isolatd from the urine following treatment with enzymes. The structures of M1, M2 and M4 were determined on the basis of chemical and spectral data.
