摘要：The address management system, prepared in COBOL language in the Kagawa Medical School Library, is a LICSU software package (NEC Corp.). It consists of two parts: (1) a maintenance of address data file, (2) printing address labels. In the maintenance of address data, it performs an I/O operation to the master file about data from other libraries, and traders and the like for service use. Using the secound function we can print address labels as the occasion demands. The introduction of this system of address management encourages the development of the services which the library can offer.
