摘要：Revisions of Igaku Chuo Zasshi: Japana Centra Revuo Medicina and Index Medicus after 1975 are reported. Most important change concerning Igaku Chuo Zasshi is a launch of 5 year cumulative index series, but an early introduction of a comprehensive computerized editing/searching system to Igaku Chuo Zasshi is keenly required. While concerning Index Medicus , recent wide spread of computer terminals into Japanese medical libraries have given a great impact on use of Index Medicus as a printed material. Characteristics of manual literature search should be more examined.
