摘要：Antiserum specific for rabbit β2-microglobulin was obtained from mouse. The antiserum was used for measuring concentration of this protein in rabbit urine by electrosyneresis. Its lower limit of the detection was 50 mg/ l . Excretion of urinary β2-microglobulin in the rabbit administered sodium chromate increased temporarily and reached to the maximum (above 800 mg/ l ) 2 days after the administration.
