摘要：Colorimetric determination of aminopyrine in mixed pharmaceutical preparations was examined. Aminopyrine reacts with ferric chloride and dipyridyl to give a red color, with absorption maximum at 525 nm. Presence of sulpyrine and salicylate interfered with this determination but they could be eliminated by extraction with carbon tetrachloride.
