摘要：The three metabolites of methylhexabital (5-cyclohexenyl-3, 5-dimethylbarbituric acid) were isolated from the urine of rabbits receiving MHB and their structures were established as cyclohexenylmethyl-N-methylacetylurea, and 5-(3'-oxocyclohex-1'-enyl)- and 5-(3'-hydroxycyclohex -1'-enyl)-3, 5-dimethylbarbituric acid. Their yield was about 0.5%, 1%, and 5% of the dose administered, respectively.
