摘要：The detached leaves of Datura Tatula L. was cultivated with their petioles in distilled water or (15NH4)2SO4 solution. 15N was proved to be incorporated into the alkaloid isolated from the leaves. By these results, it could be concluded that the alkaloid can be biosynthesized in the leaves of Datura plant.
