摘要:The gas chromatographic analysis of 11 kinds of local anesthetics were reported in the preceding paper. Paper electrophoresis, thin-layer chromatography and paper chromatography impregnated with zirconium phosphate were studied for these local anesthetics. The effective solvent systems for separation and the suitable color reagents for detection of these anesthetics were also investigated. By combining these results, an analytical system which successfully achieved the separation and identification of each compound in a mixture of these anesthetics was established.
