摘要：Twenty-two new nitrofuran derivatives were prepared by the condensation of 2-(5-nitro) furfural and 1-(5-nitro) furylacrolein with hydrazides. Among these compounds, 1-[2-(5-nitro) furylacrylidene]-2-isonicotinoylhydrazine (XIII) showed an excellent bacteriostatic activity for Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
