摘要:The lifestyle of young adults has been receiving attention with a view to improving it for the sake of preventing coronary heart diseases (CHD) in later life. In this study, to determine the influence of different lifestyles on serum phospholipid level, we carried out surveys and laboratory studies on the effects of nutritional intake, physical activity, and smoking or alcohol consumption of 131 young female adults on their serum phospholipid levels. The nutritional survey indicated a significant correlation between serum phospholipid level and animal protein intake (p<0.05). In the survey of physical activity, no significant relationship was found between energy expenditure per kg body weight and serum phospholipid level. No significant relationship was found between smoking or drinking and serum phospholipid level. Body mass index was found to have effects on both serum phospholipid and total cholesterol levels.
