摘要:A simple and rapid clean-up procedure was developed for removing interfering peaks on HPLC from cosmetic lotions and a method for the accurate ultra micro determination of APM and Parabens was established. For determining APM, 0.5g of sample and 0.025g malefic acid as internal standard were dissolved in 50ml of dist. water. The solution was passed through a Sep-Pak C18 pre-rinsed with 24ml dist. water. The elute was passed through 0.45μm membrane filter and 10μl of it was subjected to HPLC. The recovery of APM was 99.2%, and detection limit, 3ng with S/N=30. To determine Parabens, 0.5g of sample and 5ml of internal standard solution. (o-hydroxy diphenyl, 0.01%) were dissolved in 50ml methanol. The solution was passed through a Sep-Pak C18 pre-rinsed with 20ml methanol. The elute was passed through 0.45μm membrane filter and 10μl of it applied to HPLC. The recovery of Parabens was 99.6-100.1%, and detection limit, 2ng with S/N=6.
