摘要:The evaluation of matrix effect was studied in multi-elemental spark source mass spectrometric (SSMS) analysis using photoplate detection. For the purpose of analysis of various enviromental samples, NaCl, Al2O3, SiO2, K2CO3, CaCO3 and graphite were chosen as matrix reagents. Each reagent was mixed on equal weight with graphite powder added thirty standard elements of 250ppm wt. respectively and then prepared as sample electrode. By the SSMS analysis of these standard elements, the following suggestions were obtained. (1) In the case of respective matrices, the coefficient values of variation as to many elements are below 10% or 20%. (2) The blacking intensities toward most elements are changed by the alteration of matrix. While, Cu, Ni, Co, Fe, Mn and Cr are scarcely changed by such alteration; 2.7%, 4.9%, 4.1%, 13.2%, 4.9% and 9.7% in coefficient value of variation respectively.
