摘要:The selection of internal standard element was investigated on NaCl, Al2O3, SiO2, K2CO3, CaCO3 and graphite chosen as matrix reagents in the multi-elemental spark source mass spectrometric (SSMS) analysis using photoplate detection. Thirty standard elements of 125ppm wt. were added into the each matrix reagent mixed with graphite powder and then prepared as sample electrodes. One discretional element in these standard elements was assumed as an internal standard. On the base of this assumption, the relative sensitivity factors (RSF) for all elements were calculated from their concentration and the blacking intensities on photoplates. Then, the coefficient values of variation for RSF were obtained by three or four times repetition analysis. These coefficient values of variation were determined toward both individual matrix and all matrices to be tabulate. Some following suggestions are obtained from the tables on the selection of internal standard element. (1) Several groups showing high correlation in the coefficients of variation toward some elements are found in the individual matrix. (2) The alteration of matrix changes not only the sensitivity of detection but also the correlation of variation coefficients of elements. (3) In any case of the alteration of matrix, high correlation among Cu, Ni, Co and Mn is observed.
