摘要:The survival of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Vibrio parahaemolitycus in raw and filtrated estuarine water, were examined in experimental conditions. P. aeruginosa and V. parahaemolitycus were able to grow in autoclaved estuarine water, although those populations were reduced rapidly in raw one. When indigenous protozoa were removed from estuarine water by 1.0μ-membrane filter, the number of P. aeruginosa decreased very slowly and that of V. parahaemolitycus rapidly. The reduction of P. aeruginosa popuration was not observed on the 0.45μ-membrane filtrate, while the number of V. parahaemolitycus decreased rapidly even in the filtrate.
