摘要:The GLC (FID) analysis of organic acid TMS deriv, along with fatty acid TMS deriv, was studied by using three different polarity columns (2% QF-1, 2m:3% OV-17, 2m:2% SE-30, 2m). Twelve organic acids usualy contained in foods and n-saturated fatty acids having 6-15 carbon atoms were investigated. The GLC was measured by the temperature gradient method (100°-230°C, 10°/min), and the retention time of each acid TMS deriv, was compared. As the results, most of organic acids TMS deriv. (except for TMS maleate and TMS succinate) could be separately analysed each other with at least one of these three columns. TMS maleate and TMS succinate showed completely resoluted peaks by the constant temperature GLC (115°C) with 2% SE-30 longer column (4m). Furthermore, the molecular weight of each acid TMS deriv. and the retention time measured by the temperature gradient GLC were shown first order linear relationships, but the slopes and the intercepts were different between for organic acids TMS deriv, and for fatty acid TMS deriv.
