摘要：Sphingoglycolipid, the characteristic components in higher organisms, have been isolated from a salt resistant yeast, Debaryomyces hansenii grown in a medium containig 0 to 2M NaCl. Acid hydrolysis of isolated glycolipid yielded fatty acids, long chain bases and glucose. The GC/MS analysis indicated that this lipid possessed a large amount of 2-OH·C18:0 as fatty acid and d-19:2 as long chain base.
