摘要：A survey of the dietary life was conducted on 1342 men and women attending a lecture on health. The results obtained were as follows: fat people have to make more effort so as not to suffer from adult related diseases by controlling their eating habits. Night workers who are a little fatter than those working during the daytime, need to take a closer look at their daily diet and take food and drink in a reasonable manner.
