  • 摘要:Waste research was carriede out in Osaka City with 500kg of waste being analyze. The results showed that it contain begetables leftovers 29.4%, food scraps 12.6%, paper and wood 27.8% and plastic 30.2%. The elements making up the waste were cabon 44.6%, hydrogen 7.1%, nitrogen 1.9%, chlorine 1.75% and sulfer 0.2%. The high fever volume was 1, 133-1, 870kcal/kg and low fever volume 567-1, 333kcal/kg. The total food scrap cost was 10, 063 yen ($70). The total amount of scrap had a nutritional value “energy” of 22, 584kcal, protein 1, 094.7g, calcium 6, 766mg, iron 191.2mg, vitamin A 10, 279IU, vitamin B1 23.3mg, vitamin B2 14.01mg, nigin 362.88mg and vitamin C 1, 871mg.
