摘要：Free erythrocyte protoporphyrin (FEP) was fluorometrically determined on 85 male non-lead workers without anemic findings. The distribution of FEP assumed to be logarithmic normal type and a geometric mean of 36.4μg/dl·pcv and a 95% upper confidence limit of 57.5μg/dl·pcv were obtained. FEP was determined on 62 male lead workers. A mean and a geometric mean were 161.4 and 100.7μg/dl·pcv respectively and were significantly higher than those of non-lead workers. Ahout 60% of lead workers exceeded a 95% upper confidence limit of non-lead workers. A good correlation was found between log. FEP and PbB with a correlation coefficient of 0.82.
