摘要:101 women who live in Osaka City were investigated regarding their dietary life and meal intake by using a quetionnaire. The results are as follows. 1) The obesity for those in their 40 and 50s was 24% and relative to the age. (p<0.05) 2) The energy was taken over to the value that recommended allowances. They must take exercise so as to lose 100-200kcal a day. 3) Sodium intake was 12.4g and this amount was considerate to be too much. 4) The fat/energy ratio was 25.8%, which was close to the desired level (20-25%). However more 60% of them exceeded 25%. 5) The calcium and iron intake was very small. 6) In the intake of cake, candys, seasonings, beverages, and green and yellow vegetables was too high. 7) In the ratio of intake for each basic food in the 6 groups, other vegetables and saccharide was not sufficient, but proteins, fats, oils, green and yellow vegetables were taken in excess. 8) The average number of different types of food taken each day (include seasonings) was 29.4 with many persons at nearly so different types each day. 9) Many people were well informed and were very carefully about their diets. 10) There were few differences between the A and B areas. Responders to the questionnaire were belong to the classes for health meetings or for the health and nutrition in some public health centers in Osaka City. These groups were more conscious and careful about the diets than ordinary housewives, but it is necessary even for them to be given appropriate nutrition guidance.
