摘要：Tetrodotoxin (TTX) in the livers of some puffer fish was analyzed by HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography). The HPLC assay correlated well with the mouse test, the official method in Japan, despite the fact that the co-existing substances in the extracts were not removed prior to the HPLC analyses.
