摘要：A study was conducted on the presumed types of transformation of variables of the hematological or serum biochemical constituents and organ weights of male Wistar rats using animals of 4 different age groups which were untreated animals and control group of various toxicological tests carried out in our laboratory since 1973. About 100 animals were sacrificed at 4, 7, 13 or 19 months of age, respectively. The types of transformation of variables were presumed by Akaike information criterion. Percentages of items converted in value to square roots and logs were 11 and 54% of all items, respectively. It was observed that changes occurred with aging in the types of transformation of variables in 9.5% of items. Change from no-transformation to log-transformation was observed in serum total protein, serum sodium, weight of adrenal gland and pituitary gland and relative weight of liver, spleen, adrenal gland and pituitary gland. Reverse change was observed in erythrocyte, hematocrit, body weight and weight of liver, heart and brain. Leucocyte and alkaline phosphatase changed in different manner.
