摘要：Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é examinar as reconfigurações dos discursos de atores pentecostais em relação à homossexualidade, à família e aos direitos humanos. Para tanto, centra-se na análise de duas audiências públicas e na votação do Estatuto da Família na comissão especial instituída com o propósito de discutir a proposta apresentada por um legislador cristão na Câmara Federal. Inicio pela audiência pública realizada na Comissão dos Direitos Humanos sobre os “ex-homossexuais” e em seguida discuto a audiência que ocorreu na Comissão Especial do Estatuto da Família. Na terceira seção examino os principais pontos do parecer em relação ao PL 6583/2013 e os embates travados entre os parlamentares. Nas considerações finais, sustento que os políticos ali presentes, expressando uma reconfiguração discursiva articulando valores religiosos, argumentos científicos e uma concepção restritiva dos direitos humanos, demonstraram uma vez mais que a orientação ideológica naquele debate foi dada pelos pentecostais da casa.
其他摘要：Abstract This article aims to analyse the revisions in the discourses of pentecostal actors regarding homosexuality, family and human rights. To this end, the focus is to examine two public hearings and the voting of the Family Law in the special committee designed to discuss the proposal presented by a Christian Congressman in the Federal House of Representatives. At first, I consider the public hearing held in the Human Rights Committee about the ex-homosexuals. Next, the hearing in the Family Law Special Committee is discussed. In the third section, I examine the main points of the Opinion Report concerning the bill 6583/2013 and the discussions held among Congressmen. In the final considerations, in view of changes in the discourse involving religious values, scientific arguments and a restrictive conception of human rights, I state that the present politicians showed once more that the ideological orientation in that debate was given by Pentecostal Congressmen.
