摘要:Hotel services are part of the tourist offer. The quality of these services determines their competitive ability and their market appeal. Sound knowledge of the tourist demand is the fundamental prerequisite in creating competitive hotel services. The services offered by the Croatian hotel industry enjoy a favourable position on the markets of a number of European countries. This position can be further improved by increasing the range of accommodation facilities and by enhancing marketing activities.
