摘要：La denuncia de Save the Children de los abusos sexuales de niñas llevados a cabo en los campos de refugiados de Liberia me llevará a tratar el tema de la violación de los derechos humanos del niño. En un primer punto, expreso la problemática general del caso; en un segundo apartado, conceptualizaré moralmente la naturaleza del delito, y, por último, ahondaré en la necesidad de revisar las medidas políticas y jurídicas que se deben adoptar en relación con el nuevo orden internacional.
