摘要：Aquest article presenta una nova font per a la teoria de la fal·làcia en Ramon Llull, que demostra que les tretze fal·làcies aristotèlico-escolàstiques de la Logica nova de Llull són calcades del tractat pseudotomasià De fallaciis. La identificació d’aquesta font no solament permet corregir diversos passatges obscurs a les edicions de la Logica nova, tant del text llatí com del text català, tot millorant la nostra comprensió sistemàtica de la lògica lul·liana; sinó que, al mateix temps, subratlla l’estreta relació entre el pensament lul·lià i el discurs lògic del seu temps. This article points out a new source for Ramon Llull’s theory of fallacy by showing that the thirteen Aristotelian fallacies of the scholastic tradition treated in Llull’s Logica nova are taken verbatim from the treatise De fallaciis by pseudo-Thomas Aquinas. Identifying this source not only allows us to correct several obscure passages in the Latin and Catalan editions of the Logica nova, thus contributing to a better systematic understanding of Llull’s logic, it also reveals the close link between Llull’s thought and the logical debates of his time.
