摘要：El objetivo del presente trabajo es mostrar cómo las posiciones defendidas en las dos obras de Rawls, A Theory of Justice y The Law of Peoples, pueden ser conciliadas. Pretendo mostrar, en primer lugar, cuáles son las razones que pueden encontrarse en A Theory of Justice para justificar que los principios de justicia se apliquen a la evaluación y al diseño de la estructura básica doméstica. Hecho esto, en segundo lugar, pretendo mostrar que esas mismas razones son las que hacen que los principios de justicia no se apliquen al dominio internacional. The aim of this article is to show how the postures defended in A Theory of Justice and The Law of Peoples can be conciled. I will show what are the reasons in A Theory of Justice that justify that the principles of justice apply to the evaluation and design of the domestic basic structure.
