摘要：This paper intends to restudy teachers’ oral corrective feedbacks in English classes of Jinan University, China. Based on the data collection from classroom observations, questionnaires and interviews, with the use of SAS (Statistical Analysis System) software, the author discusses the findings of three research questions designed and reveals the discrepancies between students and teachers with regard to the frequencies of each technique teachers employed and student’s corresponding preferences. At the end of the paper, the author suggests the pedagogical implications of this research and points out that measure needs to be taken to deal with the discrepancies; otherwise it will affect the effectiveness of foreign language teaching and learning.
