摘要：RESUMO Reunindo artigos sobre as sessões que colocaram o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) no centro do noticiário nacional em 2012, Mensalão: diário de um julgamento analisa mais do que a tramitação da ação penal sobre a venda de apoio político ao governo Lula. Leituras sobre duas questões relativas à midiatização da justiça – focalizada pelos autores em outros termos – são realçadas nesta resenha: influências entre o STF, mídia e opinião pública e a opção entre o acesso à informação ou o sigilo. ABSTRACT Bringing together articles on the sessions that put Federal Supreme Court (STF, in Portuguese) in the center of national news in 2012, Mensalão: diário de um julgamento analyzes more than the criminal process on the sale of political support for Lula government. Readings on two issues related to the mediatization of justice – focused by the authors in other terms – are highlighted in this review: influences between STF, media and public opinion; and choice between access to information or secrecy.
