摘要:Each individual matter of concern for counselling also includes references to topics related to society. Can such a matter of concern influence, act upon and react to institutional, organizational and societal conditions and if so, how? This unconventional question is asked by a pilot project that runs from 2015 to 2017 entitled “Lifelong Guidance Radar” carried out by Netzwerk Bildungsberatung Oberösterreich (OÖ) (Network of Lifelong Guidance in Upper Austria). It aims to help document, reflect on and analyze knowledge generated by lifelong guidance counsellors during counselling and to pass it on in the form of recommended actions for those working in the educational and funding system, playing it back in a manner of speaking. Those seeking advice consistently run up against rules and limits in the educational and funding system that do not promote but rather obstruct lifelong learning or opportunities for development. This article takes up theoretical and practical questions of the development and implementation of “Lifelong Guidance Radar” and reports on the initial experiences from the current pilot phase. (Ed.)
