摘要：This article gathers together and provides a structure for considerations of a model of educational media competence for adults. It communicates, discusses and links together relevant theoretical and empirical fundamentals from the area of teacher education and from national and international work on competence profiles of adult education instructors. The focus is on differentiating between educational media competences against the backdrop of the specific requirements in the area of activity of adult education instructors. The authors differentiate between five aspects of educational media competence that are associated with five general aspects of educational competences for adults: media didactic competence, specialized media competence, media related field competence, media related personal competence and media competence. The article concludes with thoughts on the application and enhancement of this model. (Ed.)
