摘要：What effects has the development of a national qualifications framework (NQF) had on general and adult political education? On the initiative of several large adult education associations and on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Education, Arts and Culture, the Austrian Institute for Adult Education ( Österreichisches Institut für Erwachsenenbildung - oieb in German) created a study to answer this question. It was attempted to find out whether it would be possible at all to classify general adult education according to a qualifications framework and what the resulting prospects would be for existing offerings. The goal was to show what such a classification would look like using the example of political education in order to create a basis for discussion for general adult education providers. This contribution describes the study and reports on the results.
