摘要：Clear cell renal cell carcinoma is the most common malignancy of kidney and presentation of the disease is variable ranging from completely asymptomatic to diagnostic triad (hematuria, abdominal mass and flank pain). However, renal cell carcinoma presenting as a large calcified mass is an extremely rare presentation and to the best of our knowledge, no such case has been reported in the literature so far. Thus, we present a case of clear cell carcinoma of kidney seen as a large calcified mass in 45 year old male on post-mortem examination.
