摘要：مؤسسه. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مقدمه. ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش و تداوم آن از طریق تقویت محیط پژوهشی دانشگاه که این امر با شناخت مشکلات و تنگناهای انجام پژوهش از دید اعضاء هئیت علمی و رفع این مشکلات مسیر خواهد شد . روشها. پژوهش فوق یک مطالعه توصیفی بوده و از طریق پرسشنامه ای که اعتبار ، پایایی و میزان عملی بودن آن با نظارت متخصصین قبلا تایید شده بود ، اطلاعات مورد نظر جمع آوری شد . نحوه نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری بوده و میزان پاسخگویی 49% باشد . نتایج حاصل توسط نرم آفزار آماری Spss و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد یافته ها. اکثریت واحدهای مورد پژوهش (8/80 درصد) معتقدد بودند اغلب پژوهشهای جاری دانشگاه تکراری بوده و پاسخگوی نیازها و مشکلات جامعه نیست (9/88 درصد) . اغلب نمونه ها (81 درصد) کیفیت پژوهشها از نظر متدولوژی را ضعیف و نامطلوب ذکر نموده اند . هم چنین از نظر پاسخگویان بیشترین مشکلات موجود در انجام پژوهش موانع مالی (97%) ، موانع اداری (78%) ، و امکانات کم و نامطلوب برای انجام پژوهش (5/93%) ، می باشد . و نیز 9/84 درصد آنان میزان اطلاع رسانی در پژوهشها ( بانک اطلاعات ) در کشور را نامطلوب میدانند . /88 درصد اعضاء هئیت علمی انگیزه استاد برای انجام پژوهش را ضغیف میدانند و 82 درصد آنان نیز عملکرد اساتید برای انجام پژوهش را نیر ضعیف میدانند . نتیجه. به نظر میرسد برای توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش دردانشگاه باید علاوه بر رفع مشکلات عمده فوق راهکارهایی جهت افزایش توان علمی اعضاء هئیت علمی در انجام پژوهش نیز اتخاذ نمود . آدرس. مرکزمطالعات و توسعه آموزش نطذا , داشنکده پرستاری و ماماییم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران, تهران.
其他摘要：Introduction. Enhancement and continuity of educational quality through the development of research attitude at the university from the viewpoint of the faculty members. This is achievable through identifying the difficulties and obstacles in doing research works. Methods.he above study is a descriptive research using questionnaires as the data collection instrument whose validity, reliability and practicality was confirmed by experts as well as statistical tests. Sampling was done through consensus and returns were 49%. Computations were through the SPSS package. Results.The majority of the studied units (80.8%) held that most of the current research works were repetitive and did not meet the needs of the community (88.9%). The majority of the samples (81%) considered the quality of the research works methodologically weak and unsatisfactory. Major problems in doing research work were financial (97%) and administrative (78%) problems, and insufficient and undesirable facilities (93.5%). 84.9% rated data availability (data bank) in the country unsatisfactory for research work. 88.5% of the faculty members hold that professors were not much motivated to do research work. 82% rated their performances weak. Conclusion.It may be concluded that in order to develop research at the university, in addition to removing the above major obstacles, measures should be taken to enhance the academic competence of the faculty members to carry out research.
