摘要：مقدمه: یکی از روش‌های رایج ارزیابی مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی، دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی است. در سال‌های اخیر، روش دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی در ارزشیابی بالینی دانشجویان مامایی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی شیراز مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رضایت دانشجویان از این روش انجام گرفت. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1393 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام شد و 52 نفر از دانشجویان مامایی که کارآموزی‌های «داخلی-جراحی» و «بیماری‌های زنان»را می‌گذراندند، به روش نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته پس از تایید روایی و پایایی آن جمع‌آوری شد. پرسشنامه شامل 23 گویه و 9 حیطه در قالب مقیاس لیکرت 5 نمره‌ای است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل واریانس و آزمون‌های تعقیبی استفاده شد. نتایج: میانگین رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان مامایی از «دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی» 02/15±51/48 از مقیاس 100 در کارآموزی داخلی- جراحی و 94/16±81/48 در کارآموزی بیماری‌های زنان بود. در کارآموزی داخلی-جراحی، بالاترین نمره رضایت‌مندی مربوط به حیطه استرس‌زا بودن (11/26±61/59) و پایین‌ترین نمره مربوط به حیطه منصفانه بودن (81/20±61/44) بود. در کارآموزی بیماری‌های زنان، بالاترین نمره رضایت‌مندی مربوط به حیطه مطابقت با اهداف آموزشی (71/19±30/57) و پایین‌ترین نمره مربوط به حیطه علاقه‌مندی به این روش (72/20±46/43) بود. در هر دو کارآموزی، میزان رضایت دانشجویان ترم آخر، بیش از سایر دانشجویان بود. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی در ارزشیابی بالینی کارآموزی‌های داخلی- جراحی و بیماری‌های زنان برای دانشجویان مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز همراه با نارضایتی نسبی است. لذا بازنگری و اصلاح جوانب مختلف دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد تا موجبات رضایت هرچه بیش‌تر دانشجویان فراهم گردد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Logbook is one of the common methods for evaluation of clinical skills of medical students. This method has been used in recent years in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences for clinical evaluation of midwifery students. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the level of students’ satisfaction with this method. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed in 2014 in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and 52 students of midwifery who attended "Medical-Surgical" (MS) and "Gynecology" (Gyn) practicums were selected by convenience sampling. Data were collected using a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. It consisted of 23 items and measured nine domains with a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, ANOVA and post hoc tests. Results: The mean of midwifery students’ satisfaction with the logbook was 48.51±15.02 in MS practicum and 48.81±16.94 in Gyn practicum. In the MS practicum, the highest satisfaction score was related to the domain of “being stressful” (59.61±26.11) and the lowest score was related to “being fair” (44.61±20.81). In the Gyn practicum, the highest satisfaction score was related to the domain of “conformity to educational goals” (57.30±19.71) and the lowest score was related to “interest in the logbook method” (43.46±20.72). In both practicums, the satisfaction level of last semester students was higher than that of other students. Conclusion: Use of Logbook in the clinical evaluation of MS and Gyn practicums for midwifery students of Shiraz University of Medical Science, was accompanied by relative dissatisfaction. Therefore, revision and modification of the various aspects of the Logbook seem to be necessity in order to make students more satisfied.
