摘要：مقدمه: المپیاد علمی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بر حوزه‌هایی که نیاز به تفکر، تأمل، اندیشیدن، استدلال و حل‌مسأله دارند و در نظام آموزشی رسمی و ارزشیابی دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی نسبت به آن غفلت می‌شود، تمرکز دارد. المپیاد در سال‌های اولیه در سه حیطه تفکر علمی در علوم پایه، استدلال بالینی و مدیریت نظام سلامت برگزار شد. با توجه به این که جای حیطه‌ای که در آن تأمل و تحلیل فلسفی در مسائل حوزه سلامت مدنظر باشد خالی بود، تصمیم گرفته شد تا حیطه‌ای با عنوان فلسفه‌ی پزشکی به حیطه‌های قبلی افزوده شود. در این مقاله، مراحل مختلف فرآیند طراحی چارچوب نظری و چگونگی عملیاتی کردن المپیاد فلسفه پزشکی به تشریح بیان شده است. روش‌ها: طراحی حیطه فلسفه پزشکی برای المپیاد، در چهار فاز تدوین چارچوب طراحی سؤالات آزمون، تعیین موضوعات آزمون، طراحی سؤالات و برگزاری آزمون و داوری، صورت پذیرفت و در تابستان 1394 در هفتمین المپیاد علمی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی کشور، برای نخستین بار، آزمون های فلسفه‌ی پزشکی در دو مرحله انفرادی و گروهی اجرا شد. نتایج: با بهره‌گیری از اساتید رشته‌های مرتبط، در مدت 12 ماه چارچوب طراحی سؤالات آزمون با سه هدف ارزیابی دانش فلسفی، تحلیل فلسفی و مباحثه‌ی فلسفی تدوین شد. موضوعات این حیطه، هستی‌شناسی و معرفت‌شناسیِ سلامت و بیماری و تشخیص و درمان تعیین گردید. در بخش انفرادی، آزمون دانش فلسفی با 75 سؤال و آزمون تحلیل فلسفی با 4 سؤال برگزار شد. در مرحله انفرادی این آزمون، 106 دانشجوی رشته‌های مختلف علوم پزشکی از سراسر کشور شرکت کردند. در آزمون گروهی، هشت تیم سه‌نفره با مباحثه درباره‌ی سه مسأله با هم رقابت کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: برگزاری آزمون فلسفه پزشکی در المپیاد نشان داد که ایجاد و تقویت نگاه فلسفی در حوزه‌ی سلامت امکان‌پذیر است. شرکت گسترده‌ی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی سراسرکشور و همکاری اعضای هیات علمی نشان داد که فلسفه‌ی پزشکی می‌تواند به عنوان حوزه‌ای میان‌رشته‌ای در مباحث سلامت کشور مورد توجه قرار گیرد و آموزش و پژوهش در آن مورد عنایت جدی واقع شود.
其他摘要：Introduction : Academic Olympiad for medical sciences students focuses on areas that require reflection, reasoning and problem solving and that are generally neglected in the official education system and evaluation of medical students. Previously, it was administered in three areas of scientific thinking in basic sciences, clinical reasoning and health system management. In order to cover, philosophical reflection and analysis on health issues, Philosophy of Medicine was added to the previous areas. This paper explains the process of designing the theoretical framework and implementing the Philosophy of Medicine Exam. Methods : Philosophy of Medicine Exam was designed in four phases: developing the framework for designing the exam questions, selecting the topics of the exam, preparing the exam questions and running the exam. Philosophy of Medicine Exams were held for the first time in the seventh National Olympiad for Medical Sciences Students in the summer of 2015 in both individual and group competition phases. Results: With the contribution of faculties with relevant specialties for 12 months, the framework for designing the exam questions was developed; it aimed at evaluating philosophical knowledge, philosophical analysis and philosophical debate. The topics included ontology and epistemology of health and disease as well as diagnosis and treatment. For the individual competition, 75 questions in the philosophical knowledge exam and four questions in the philosophical analysis exam were asked; 106 medical sciences students participated in this phase nationwide. In the group phase, eight three-student teams competed by debating on three issues. Conclusion : The Philosophy of Medicine Exam in the Olympiad showed that initiating and promoting the philosophical view in the health domain is achievable. Large participation of students across the nation and cooperation of faculty members suggest that philosophy of medicine could be a crucial interdisciplinary filed in the health discourse, and research and education in this area should be taken into account.
