摘要：زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی ریسک یکی از مهمترین مسایل در ایمن سازی محیط های صنعتی است. صنعت خودرو سازی یکی از ناایمن ترین صنایع می باشد که سالانه حوادث زیادی را دارد. یکی از مهمترین مشکلاتی که در فرایند ارزیابی ریسک وجود دارد قضاوت شخصی ارزیاب ها در ارزیابی پارامترهای موثر بر ریسک است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ریسک ایمنی با استفاده از روش ویلیام فاین و ANP-DEMATEL بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه واحد های مختلف شرکت یکی از بزرگترین شرکت های خودرو سازی توسط روش ویلیام فاین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سپس با استفاده از روش ANP-DEMATEL میزان وزن اهمیت هر کدام از پارامتر های ریسک تعیین گردید. سپس نتایج بدست آمده با روش ویلیام فاین تلفیق شد. در مرحله آخر با الگوی بدست آمده همان صنعت دوباره مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از روش ویلیام فاین بالاترین اولویت ریسک مربوط به دو واحد وان آهن شویی (312)و اسکلت فلزی (300)می باشد . نتایج ارزیابی ریسک با استفاده از روش تلفیقی ویلیام فاین و ANP-DEMATE بالاترین رتبه ریسک مربوط به دو واحد وان آهن شویی (11/94) و اسکلت فلزی(49/90) می باشد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در صنایع خودرو سازی تلفیق روش ارزیابی ریسک ویلیام فاین و ANP-DEMA شNP-DEMTELارزیابی ریسک ویلیام فاین و یی ()م فاین tructure ()e highest priority risk was همان صنعت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. TEL یک الگوی موثر در ارزیابی سطح واقعی ریسک ایمنی باشد
其他摘要：Background and aims: Risk assessment is one of the most important issues in making safety industrial environments. Motor vehicle industries are one of the most unsafe industries that have many annual accident. One of the most problems in the process of risk assessment is judgment about the effect of parameters of risk. The aim of the study is, safety risk assessment in motor vehicle industries by william fine and ANP-DEMATEL. Methods: in this study, safety risk of the one of the bigest motor vehicle industries was assessed by william fine. Then, the weight of parameter of risk was determined by ANP-DEMATEL. Then, the result was combined by william fine. In the final stage the industrial was assessed with the obtain pattern again. Results: The results was showed, that by using William Fine method, The highest priority risks was the iron bath-cleaning unit (312) and steel structure (300). The results of combined william fine and ANP-DEMATEL pattern, the highest priority risk was the iron bath- cleaning unit ( 94.11) and steel structure (90.49). Conclusion: Resent study shows that in Motor- vehicle industries, the application of the William-Fine model combined with the ANP-DEMATEL technique is an effective method to assess the safety risk levels in actual level.
