摘要：Tax-exempt hospitals' community health needs assessments ("CHNAs") provide an underutilized resource for healthcare organizations and communities. These studies and action commitments, which the Affordable Care Act ("ACA") requires, are linked to financial incentives for hospitals to manage population health.
