Doit-elle être lue comme la construction « féminine » et sublime d’un lien électif ? Dit-elle plutôt le triomphe de l’imaginaire ? L’impossibilité réelle de tout rapport entre les deux sexes ? Tout cela à la fois peut-être, grâce au jeu qui s’instaure entre le tout et le rien, et l’exploration ambiguë de l’« entre » que propose le roman : il n’y a que des lectures.

Does it signify the triumph of the imaginary? The impossible relation between men and women? All of that at the same time, perhaps, because of the tension established between all and nothing, and the ambiguous way in which the novel considers the “in between”: there are nothing but interpretations.
