摘要：This paper identifies the critical parameters which govern the reuse of software in systems development. This paper attempts to quantify the reuse parameters in order to assess the reuse maturity.The parameters are assigned weightage as per their effect on the reuse maturity. A quantification method is proposed for assessing reusability factor. In order to practically implement reuse, reuse readiness levels are proposed based on the reusability factor computed from the identified parameters.
