摘要：Evidence-based decision-making is a major issue in public health. However, obstacles to it include characteristics of the evidence, of the stakeholders, and of the types of work organizations involved. Removing these barriers requires changes in how we produce and use evidence, how we understand the decision-making process, and how we help work organizations to integrate research results more easily. These reflections are part of the knowledge transfer process. Research on knowledge transfer shows the limits of the simple publication of evidence and the need to combine different strategies and contextualize them. It also underlines the value of crossing scientific evidence with practical knowledge.
