摘要：This article intends to provide a brief intellectual look in analyzing the State from a Marxist perspective. Three main ideas are addressed: the idea of the State as social relationship; the idea of the State as a transition State; and the idea of the socialist transition as a democratic transition. Thus, by developing these discussion points, one of the most ambitious theories of Marxism will be projected: i.e. the historical construction of the community-formation on the socio-political weakening of the State-formation
