摘要：We have produced somatic cell hybrids between mouse myeloma cells and spleen cells derived from a BALB/c mouse immunized with purified influenza virus. The hybrid cells were found to produce large amounts of antibodies specific for the hemagglutinin of the virus and were able to induce tumor formation when injected into BALB/c mice.
