摘要：The purification of human fibroblast interferon by chromatography on Blue Sepharose and high-performance liquid chromatography is described. The amino acid composition and a partial sequence of the homogeneous protein are reported. The NH2 terminus was determined to be NH2-Met1-Ser-Tyr-Asn-Leu-Leu-Gly-Phe-Leu-Gln-Arg-Ser-Ser-Asn-Phe-Gln-X-Gln-Lys.
