摘要：The article defines the problem of the customs control mechanism in the context of customs legislation trans- parency and the Russian Federation appeal to import- ers. The author provides recommendations on their elimination. This article also describes a mechanism for the integration of the efficient subordinate legislations into the codified regulations. The metho dological back- grounds of the study are the economic methods, in- cluding analysis method, generalization method and le- galistic method. The research results, which have a high degree of multiplicative property, can be extended to other areas of legal regulati on of state control.
