摘要：Predictions of renewed economic growth in Russia in 2016 have not been fulfilled. The article deals with the causes of stagnation of the Russian economy. The study identifies areas wherein it is necessary to adjust the state's economic policy for economic growth achievement. The research determines additional inter- nal sources of financing on the domestic market.
