摘要：A simple, fast, economical, accurate, precise and reproducible RP – HPLC method was developed for thesimultaneous estimation of acetaminophen (AAPH) and caffeine (CAF) in starting materialand pharmaceuticaldosage forms. The method was validated in terms of specificity, linearity, precision accuracy, and robustness. Theproposed method’s results were found to be satisfactory and are suitable for determination of acetaminophen andcaffeine for routine quality control of drugs in formulations.
