摘要:This paper is based on a research project aimed at modeling an academic improvement stairway, part of an improvement strategy with interdisciplinary approach to put into practice in the Faculty of Health Technology, a methodological governing center for health technologies. From the use of the dialectical-materialist method, theoretical and empirical inquiries are conducted, and the results obtained from the application will be processed by statistical methods. The results of this research will improve the management of ongoing and continuing education of teachers, technicians and technologists of the Faculty mentioned as well as the increasing of their intellectual production, which will contribute to the construction of the epistemological basis of the technologies in the Health Sciences.
